new here, help with astigmatism please
hello
just signed up to the forum and i'm looking for some help and advice.
i've been trying eye exercise on and off for a couple of years now and i think it must have been working as after 5 years of not having a eye test my vision hasn't really change*
in fact my corrected vision is better by 2 grades than 20/20  uncorrected i'm just under 20/20 with a catch - i have badish astigmatism.
*i've recently noticed i'm getting some minor vertical astigmatism in my right eye and i'm a little stressed by this and i'm not sure what i can do about it.
i've read loads online/web and i have meir schniders book which i'm currently re-reading.
my left eye is -.25 and right is -.1 and both eyes have -1.5 astigmatism.
i know that doesn't sound too bad but to me its poor vision and as you can see my main issue is astigmatism.
i'm fairly confident with distance exercises i can get to 20/20 uncorrected but its the horizontal double vision that i need to fix and now it seems one eye is going a little vertical in the double vision which is something i've dreaded might happen.
